Ordering & delivery

All prices in the webshop are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. You can pay with us via iDeal, Paypal or credit card. For shipping within the Netherlands you pay €1.99 in advance. For shipping within Europe the rate is €20, outside Europe you pay €20 in advance.

Shipping method

Orders will be shipped and delivered within 2 working days by PostNL to the address you specified. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipper. On the day the package is presented to PostNL, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package. Once a package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Returns

Of course it is possible to return ordered items, provided they are unused and intact. For a return request, please contact office@just-dutch.com. We will be happy to assist you and provide you with the necessary information. After our confirmation, you can return the goods to us within 14 days at the address below. We kindly request that you provide the return package with your order number so that we can link the return shipment to your order. Once we have received your return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 5 business days. If the entire order is returned, you will also receive the shipping costs back.
