These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement you enter into with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms and conditions; the most recent version will apply to the agreement.

Products
We sell handmade products from the Just Dutch brand. Our range includes crocheted Miffy plush toys, matching clothes and accessories, keychains, and wooden toys. The selection may vary.
Registration
To place an order you can register. Your information must be accurate and current. We protect your data carefully; see our privacy statement on the website. Use a secure password and do not share it with others. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
Payments
All prices in the webshop are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. You can pay with us via iDeal, Paypal or credit card.
In the event of late payment, we may suspend or cancel your order.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Shipping is handled by PostNL, we are not responsible for delays caused by our shipper. On the day the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package. Once a package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Return
Register your return via office@just-dutch.com. You may return an order to our address within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused. After receipt, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of our products, except in cases of intent or negligence on our part. The compensation is maximum equal to the amount of the product in question.
Intellectual property rights
All texts, photos, designs and other content on our website are the property of Just Dutch bv. You may not copy or use these without our permission.

We will respond within 2 working days and will work with you to find a solution.
